Denver (well 15 minutes outside of Denver) is one of the best cities in Colorado and I LOVE living here. I moved to Denver years ago for various reasons, but I love it because there are many great gyms and plenty of things to do outdoors, both in the summertime and during the winter months. There are many fitness activities I can do in Denver and the surrounding area, and this includes hiking, skiing, snowboarding and hitting the gym, of course. If you are into fitness or want to live in a place that is home to many fitness activities that you can do, then consider moving to Denver or visiting Denver.
I have been working out for 10+ years now and I cannot picture not having exercise and fitness in my life. When people think of working out, they tend to think of weight training or running on the treadmill, but fitness isn’t all about hitting the weights or getting the treadmill, as you can get into shape by doing many things. For example, you can jog through the woods on the weekends, go for long hikes on another day and doing body weight exercises on another day. Those are a few of the many examples you can do to get into shape.
As for my favorite exercise routines, I have many, but if I had to pick a few of my favorites, I would choose giant set workouts, heavy weight training with traditional sets and cycling. I often train with giant sets and I love lifting heavy weight and I try to cycle on a daily basis, but sometimes I don’t get to do it as much as I should be doing it. I also love experimenting with various workout routines because you never know when you will stumble across a new routine that works very well.
As for what my accomplishments are, I have managed to get into shape very quickly and I have managed to eat healthy and I have helped others do the same thing. When it comes to fitness, sometimes all people need is a little bit of motivation and a little guidance because I know many years ago that is what helped me get into fitness. My biggest accomplishment is helping others get into shape and showing them that working out and eating right doesn’t have to be difficult and it can be fun.
If you want to get into shape, eat right and feel better about yourself, then start making lifestyle changes today. Getting into shape isn’t the easiest thing to do, but it is one of the best things you can do for yourself. I encourage you to start exercising and eating right because you will end up feeling better.
